How do I mount this on my mill?
Our lasers are easy to mount on any mill or industrial equipment you have. Our mounts have an easy to mount base and are highly adjustable. See the product pages for exact measurements of the mounting base.
How long is the projected line?
Line length depends on the angle and distance you mount your laser at. Our lasers feature a 90 degree fan angle allowing you to achieve almost any length you need. Easily usable to 40 feet in darker environments and 30 feet in normal indoor use.
How do I hook it up?
Hook up is easy with our 120v AC adaptor. Simply plug it in to your 120v power source.. Or you can hook them to a 12v DC power source such as connecting directly to your battery on your mill by using our available accesories.
How long will the laser last?
Lasers have a limited life expectancy due to how the internal module functions. Ours range from >8000 hr. on our economy models to >15,000 hr. on the better ones. Ordering & Payment
Will I receive order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact the customer support email at sales@sawmilllasers.com.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot make sure the modifications are possible, we will do our best to assist you.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment failures may occur due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or security settings. Try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time for my order?
Order handling time is 1–3 business days. Transit time is 3-5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–8 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team at sales@sawmilllasers.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@sawmilllasers.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
