At TrueCut Lasers, we prioritize the security of your transactions. We provide a transparent and secure checkout process for all our sawmill laser systems and accessories.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Shopify Payments: Securely processed through the Shopify platform.

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee according to their current rates.

3. Payment Timing and Billing

  • Full Payment: Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of purchase.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • Billing Information: To avoid delays, please ensure your billing address matches the information on file with your credit card issuer.

4. Security and Encryption

Your security is our priority. Our store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

  • We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal and credit card information during the checkout process.

  • TrueCut Lasers does not store your full credit card number or CVV code on our servers.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping destination and local state laws.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to flag any order for a manual security check. If your order is flagged, we may contact you to verify identity before shipping. Any order deemed fraudulent will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
