Limited Warranty Policy

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the specified laser products purchased from TrueCut Lasers and is non-transferable. This warranty is effective from the original date of purchase.

Full Free Replacement Coverage: If a covered laser module fails due to a manufacturing defect within the specified warranty period, TrueCut Lasers will provide a full, free replacement of the faulty unit. The replacement unit will be of equal or greater value and performance.

Conditions: To qualify for any warranty service, the product must adhere to the following mandatory conditions. Failure to meet these conditions will immediately void the entire warranty.

Power Supply Requirements: The laser must be powered strictly using one of the following methods:

     Standard AC Supply: Connected to the included 120V AC power supply originally provided with the unit.

     Approved 12V DC Setup: Properly hooked up exclusively to one of our other company-supplied 12V DC power setups or components.

Unauthorized Modification/Damage: Any evidence of cut wires on the laser module itself or any modification to the laser's internal wiring or enclosure will immediately void this warranty. The customer is responsible for ensuring the laser module remains physically intact and unaltered.

Post-Warranty Repair/Replacement Service: Upon expiration of the initial warranty period , if your laser module ceases to operate due to a defect, you may be eligible for a replacement with a certified refurbished model. The refurbished replacement will be provided at a cost equivalent to 60% of the current new product price.
